Right-wing populism is sweeping through the world, with a president Trump being elected in the United States, the UK being in the process of leaving the European Union, and neo-fascist parties receiving unprecedented numbers of votes in many European countries.
But a large part of the younger population, those that will ultimately be impacted by the decisions that are taken now, do not agree with this trend. Unable to vote to express their opinion due to their age, the frustration and feeling of helplessness is growing amongst them.
This text conversation between an Austrian student living in Berlin and a French student living Den Haag who have both gone to school all over the world is just an example of the feeling of inability to oppose the current shift to the right.
